3D Printing – Ability to produce ABS plastic parts using fused deposition modeling, functional prototypes, molds, patterns and customized tools and fixtures.

Polyurethane – Custom replacement seals for airflow tooling as well as gripper pads for robots.

Milling – 2D, 3D and 5-axis milling.

Grinding – Surface, jig and OD grinding to tenths tolerance and flat grinding up to a 16″ x 32″ work envelope.

Honing and Lapping – 1/16″ to 1 1/4″ diameter.

Wire EDM – Fully submersed cutting up to 12″ thick 2 and 4 axis.

Small Hole EDM – .015 diameter to .0120 diameter up to 4″ thick.

Waterjet Cutting – Our dynamic XD 5-axis waterjet can cut in 2D and/or 3D to reduce machining time on parts with simple or complex geometry – cutting almost any material – 4 ft. x 8 ft. maximum cutting service.

Fixtures – Used for holding parts during manufacturing (I.E.: Milling, drilling, welding, EDM machining, ECM machining, air flow, etc.).

Gages – For any type of inspection, from hand-held gages for quick production line checks to multiple dimension inspection.

Inspection – Use of current technology to thoroughly inspect all tooling, capable of inspecting to 8 microns.

Dies – Stamping, trimming and forming.

Spares – Replacement parts for all types of dies, molds, or machines.

Short Run Machining – 1 to 500 piece orders.
